GAL (Guardian Ad Litem) corruption in family courts. See example of Anastasia Garcia appointed by recommendation of my ex’s attorneys
In order to stop the corruption by GALs that many families are experiencing today, we need legislators all over the nation passing similar reforms as described here:
If elected to the Florida congress, I will for sure defend children and families of this state. I will fight for them with the same passion and discipline I have displayed in my life, and even more, in the name of Jesus I confess.
Exchange of e-mails with Anastasia M. Garcia. I filed a lawsuit against her as part of my Federal removal, she turned and charged me to read the lawsuit I filed against her 🙂
Summary of my personal federal removal: The initial removal, http://saynotopas.com/petition-for-removal/, was denied, but judge gave what seemed a positive initial review requesting an amended petition: http://saynotopas.com/?attachment_id=1818. Unfortunately, the amended verified petition was also denied, http://saynotopas.com/?attachment_id=2409, forcing me to APPEAL which as of September of 2015 is still pending review. Here are the Word and PDF versions of the verified amended petition for removal , and the Word and PDF versions of the appeal.
Take a look at the bill I received after she received the lawsuit. Just another example of the corruption we are facing in family courts. When I sent e-mails complaining about this, she would charge me to read those e-mails as well 🙂 http://saynotopas.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Jimenez-v.-Wizel-2015409-Guardian-Ad-Litem-charging-for-reading-lawsuit-filed-against-her.pdf
Before filing the lawsuit, I had requested this: http://saynotopas.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/MOTION-TO-COMPEL-STATUS-REPORT-FROM-GAL-AND-SUBSEQUENT-REMOVAL-OF-GAL-FROM-CASE-filed.pdf

Dear Mrs. Garcia,
First time in my entire life that I see a GAL who receives a lawsuit against her charging the parent who is suing her.
My son has been expelled on several occasions from school, and I have been denied the supervised visitations that the judge ordered, and you have not done anything, but send me a bill. You must be kidding. Thanks God I have a really good sense of humor 🙂
Thanks for your time and attention.
Mario A. Jimenez Jerez, M.D., B.S.E.E.
The Grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.
“but he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” I will all the more gladly boast of my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities; for when I am weak, then I am strong.” (2 Corinthians 12:9-11).
“What Does the Lord Require? “With what shall I come before the Lord, and bow myself before God on high? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old? Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?” He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6: 6-8).
