“For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul? “For what will a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mark 8:36-37).

Just like a person’s most valuable part is his soul, a nation’s most valuable part is its judicial system.  If a nation loses its judicial system, it will not matter if it gains the whole world for it will lose its very own life in the process.

So, how do we start restoring our nation’s soul? One judge at a time.  When a judge is not representing the will of the people, and the laws of the land, but chooses to selectively enforce these laws for the benefit of special groups and his/her supporters, this judge must go, and a NewJudge must be elected.

For instance, as a physician, based on my personal experience, I believe that many judges in the Miami Dade Family Court system are either suffering from a new medical condition of pandemic proportions, which I have termed “voluntary incompetence” or they have been corrupted to their core; but based on their decisions, you will be the the final judge. Many of the judges suffering from this condition, which include judges such as Pedro EcharteMindy Glazer, and Scott Bernstein, are at their best incompetent, and at their worst, are part of a sophisticated racket to extort money from innocent victims. They are part of a clique, or best friends that you recognize easily by a common factor: they all won their last elections without anyone running against them (something unbelievable given the fact that there are many unemployed or underemployed attorneys in Florida and the US: www.abajournal.comthe-plight-of-the-unemployed-lawyer).

Apparently, this clique controls what attorneys can run in different races and the funding of these races. I believe that there are many good attorneys out there who would love to serve their fellow citizens, so we the people, should be able to get signatures to nominate qualified candidates in all judicial races. There should not be a single judicial race where citizens are not provided a choice for this is one of the most basic principles of a democracy. Can you imagine going to the voting booth and only having one candidate running for president? This would not be a democracy but a tyranny. The same applies to judges. By not providing choices in judicial races, they have created a new form of tyranny, a judicial tyranny.  For what happens when these judges know that no one will run against them? they become bullies who abuse their power and who think they are above the law, and this opens the door to the abuses we have become too familiar with: a loud minority trying to trample over the will of a silent majority.  At the very least, when a judge is up for re-election, they should appear on the ballots for a confidence vote. With this very simple change in the law, we the people, can make sure that judges are accountable to us, and not to any special interest group they may favor.

Since my personal experience has been centered on the Miami Dade Family Court system, and I personally know of three of these judges (Mindy GlazerPedro Echarte and Scott Bernstein), I will be posting my experiences in exposing their actions to the public and making sure that justice-abiding judges replace them. However, the first rule that must change to allow Floridians the ability to choose the best judges for the bench is that, as of 2014, “any judge who is unopposed is automatically re-elected.” In the Eleventh Circuit court alone, for instance, 72% percent of judges were automatically re-elected because no one ran against them, a true insult to democracy, especially in light of the incompetence of some of these judges.

Stay tuned for ideas on how to proceed from here forward.  Your comments and ideas are welcomed. Please, join this website and send us a message with your input. Your cooperation is essential to the restoration of our nation’s soul. May God bless the United States of America, and your families.

If after reading this page, you feel moved to help and make a difference, I recommend that you join me in becoming a member of the Christian Family Coalition, Florida’s premiere human rights and social justice advocacy organization. Please see their 2013 report HERE. Stand with us, for united, we can make a positive difference in our communities, our cities, our states, our country, and our world.  I believe that the solution to the problems we are facing with the current U.S. judicial system will be solved one judge at a time in what I have termed: The Restoration Of Our Nation’s Soul, Our Judicial System. It is also very important that we let the public, and the other powers of government know the magnitude of this issue. Please, share with us your experiences with this topic by e-mailing us at NewJudge1@gmail.com.  If you want to keep your name private, please use a different name.

If you are a Christian of any denomination, you are part of a spiritual family, and as such we are called to love and respect each other. We may never agree on all issues, but we can agree on one: Jesus is the Savior of the world, the Messiah. As part of the family of God in Christ Jesus, we must strive to do His will, and as a Father who loves all of His children, God desires all His children to be ONE. Unity is a the heart of God, and that is why Jesus prayed so fervently for the unity of His followers. Since Christ is the image of the living God, unity is also at the heart of Jesus, and it should also be at the heart of all His true followers, for this is the key to the evangelization of the world, and of Satan’s total defeat:  “I pray not only for these followers but also for those who will believe in me because of their teaching. Father, I pray that all who believe in me can be one. You are in me and I am in you. I pray that they can also be one in usThen the world will believe that you sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me. I gave them this glory so that they can be one, just as you and I are one. I will be in them, and you will be in me. So they will be completely oneThen the world will know that you sent me and that you loved them just as you loved me” (John 17:20-23). “Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples” (John 13:35).

Remember also that although as Christians we are called to be subject to authority (Romans 13:1), we are above all, also called to obey God rather than man (Acts 5:29), and when these men are violating our God given freedoms and rights, we are supposed to stand against them, united as ONE, for greater is He who is in us than him who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Now, if you are not a Christian, I invite you to make the most important decision of your life to have eternal life, and pray with me this Prayer: “Dear Lord Jesus, I open my heart, and invite you inside to be my friend, to be my God, to be my savior. Forgive me of my sins, wash me clean. From this day forward, I want to follow you all the days of my life. I believe and put my faith and trust in you. Thank you for dying on the cross for me. In Jesus’ name I pray, AMEN.”

If you prayed this prayer, as Romans 10:9 assures us, you will be saved. To be a Christian is not about attending a specific church but about having a personal relationship with a living God, who loves and cares for you with all His heart. So, if you were raised as a Catholic, go to a Catholic church, if raised as a Protestant, go to a Protestant church, etc. If you live in the Miami area, I recommend Calvary Church or any other church that teaches the word of God. Also, as important as attending a local church is, it is of equal importance that you get the necessary spiritual food for growth and for that I recommend reading and meditating on the Bible, our spiritual bread, at least three times a day.   Here is also a guide to help you find a church in your area: Church Guide.  God bless you and your families. Shalom.

“To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul. O my God, in you I trust; let me not be put to shame; let not my enemies exult over me. Indeed, none who wait for you shall be put to shame; they shall be ashamed who are wantonly treacherous. Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long” (Psalm 25:1-5).

“Fear not, for you will not be ashamed;be not confounded, for you will not be disgraced…” (Isaiah 54:4).

“Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy” (Isaiah 61:7).

“But the Lord God helps me; therefore I have not been disgraced; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame” (Isaiah 50:7).

“For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame” (Romans 10:11).

“For all the promises of God find their Yes in Christ. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory” (2 Corinthians 1:20).
