Dear Honorable Senator Marco Rubio,

I would like start by thanking you by all your help so far. It is unfortunate that the FBI has decided not pursue charges against the persons I reported previously. However, the conspiracies to violate my religious and civil rights have continued and have forced me to file a lawsuit in federal as pro se before Honorable Judge Ursula Ungaro, please see copy attached.

As stated in my previous letter, my case could set a very dangerous legal precedent against Christian parents all over this nation, and I feel that it is my duty to win it not only for my children’s sake, but for all Christian families. I know that I can count with you and your staff’s support in this fight. I believe that it is imperative that we work as team to stop the onslaught against our Judeo-Christian values; values that have made this country the greatest in the world. Please, see details of this case in this website: www.SayNoToPAS.com.

I would greatly appreciate if you take a closer look at my case, and perhaps use in your campaign as an example of what your possible presidency will try to prevent from happening. I believe that we need to make these atrocities public to bring awareness of the importance of true change in this nation. We also need more patriots like you who believe in family and our traditional Judeo-Christian values. Please, count with my undivided support in your upcoming presidential race.

I would like to thank you in advance for your positive response in protecting the children and citizens of our beautiful state. I praise God for the opportunity be a watchman awakening the Church to the attacks against our children and our families. I am looking forward to have the first Cuban-American president in the White House. May the Grace of God in Christ Jesus be always with you and your family.

Regards,

Dear Senator Rubio.

I greatly appreciate taking the time to respond to my e-mail. I know how busy you must be standing up for the people of Florida.  As a fellow South Floridian and High School graduate of 1989, I have been proudly following your career, and spirit of service to Floridians and the rest of this nation. You have made all of us very proud.  I really hope to see you in office in the not too distant future.  You can count with my, my family’s, and my circle of influence’s unconditional support if you make that decision.

As the history of Cuba and the rest of Latin America has proven, freedom takes work to keep, for in less than a generation, it may be lost. My ancestor Maximo Jerez was a General, ambassador of Nicaragua to the U.S.A, and one of the fathers of democracy in Nicaragua, and I was raised with his democratic principles since childhood; for this reason, I have sworn to defend democratic values wherever I am.
Given this, I believe that it is of extreme importance to protect our religious freedoms, and for this reason, I would like to request that your office contact Florida Attorney General to support my request for an independent investigation of the anomalies I mentioned in my previous e-mail. I believe that your intervention will be essential to prevent this from happening to other in our state. I would like to thank you in advance for all your help. The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you, and your family.

“but he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” I will all the more gladly boast of my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities; for when I am weak, then I am strong.” (2 Corinthians 12:9-11).

“Y El me ha dicho: Te basta mi gracia, pues mi poder se perfecciona en la debilidad. Por tanto, muy gustosamente me gloriaré más bien en mis debilidades, para que el poder de Cristo more en mí. Por eso me complazco en las debilidades, en insultos, en privaciones, en persecuciones y en angustias por amor a Cristo; porque cuando soy débil, entonces soy fuerte” (2 Corintios 12:9-10).

  1. With due respect to Rubio …he could/should done more in the local arena, Press Conference, personal visit to the Judiciary or perhaps a verified statement entered into the court record docket.
