Conclusions

At this point, unless the Court can irrefutably prove from non-biased sources that I pose some kind of danger to my children, I respectfully refuse to comply with any order that does not allow me unrestricted access to my children and is in violation of my free exercise of religion and my parental rights.  I have seen my children under supervision for almost a year and it is fairly clear by now that I pose no danger to them.  To force me to continue to see my children in this fashion, not only doesn’t make any sense, but it’s a violation of my constitutional rights and only benefits a small number of individuals who are profiting from the “legal kidnapping” of my children, a new form of “legalized extortion“: attorneys, psychologists, visitation supervisors, and judges who get reelected by making decisions that unnecessarily extend and complicate the legal process to enrich the pockets of attorneys who most likely have contributed to their election campaigns, or judges who do so as an unspoken rule to keep the Family Court system with a constant flow of funds and jobs. For how much money would the family court system lose if judges would actually do their jobs efficiently and would follow the rule of law instead of their own best interest and/or of their associates and friends?

As a physician, I believe that many judges in the Miami Dade Family Court system are either suffering from a new medical condition, one of pandemic proportions, which I have termed “voluntary incompetence” or they have been corrupted to their core, but based on their decisions, you will be the judge. Many of the judges suffering of this new medical condition, which include judges such as Pedro Echarte, Mindy Glazer, and Scott Bernstein, are at their best incompetent, and at their worst, part of a sophisticated racket to extort money from innocent victims. They are part of a clique, or best friends that you recognize easily by a common factor: they all won their last elections without anyone running against them (something unbelievable given the fact that there are many unemployed or underemployed attorneys in Florida and the US: www.abajournal.comthe-plight-of-the-unemployed-lawyer). If you want to learn about the solution to this serious problem, please see NewJudge.com.

Apparently, this clique controls what attorneys can run in different races and the funding of these races. I believe that there are many good attorneys out there who would love to serve their fellow citizens, so we should let the people get signatures to nominate qualified candidates in all judicial races. There should not be a single judicial race where citizens are not provided a choice for this is one of the most basic principles of a democracy. Can you imagine going to the voting booth and only having one candidate running for president? This would not be a democracy but a tyranny. The same applies to judges. By not providing choices in judicial races, they have created a new form of tyranny, a judicial tyranny.  For what happens when these judges know that no one will run against them? they become bullies who abuse their power and who think they are above the law, and this opens the door to the abuses we have become too familiar with: a loud minority trying to trample over the will of a silent majority.

I am hereby presenting my case to the other two branches of government (executive and legislative) of my state, to federal authorities, and to the public to help bring to light the abuses going on at the Miami Dade Family Court system, and finally put a stop to the madness of these judges. It is very important that we let the public, and the other powers of the government know the magnitude of this. If after reading this page, you feel moved to help and make a difference, stand with us, for united, we can make a positive difference in our communities, our cities, our states, our country, and our world.  I believe that the solution to the problems we are facing with the current U.S. judicial system will be solved one judge at a time in what I have termed: The Restoration Of Our Nation’s Soul, Our Judicial System.

If you are a Christian of any denomination, you are part of a spiritual family, and as such we are called to love and respect each other. We may never agree on all issues, but we can agree on one: Jesus is the Savior of the world, the Messiah. As part of the family of God in Christ Jesus, we must strive to do His will, and as a Father who loves all of His children, God desires all His children to be ONE. Unity is at the heart of God, and that is why Jesus prayed so fervently for the unity of His followers. Since Christ is the image of the living God, unity is also at the heart of Jesus, and it should also be at the heart of all His true followers, for this is the key to the evangelization of the world, and of Satan’s total defeat:  “I pray not only for these followers but also for those who will believe in me because of their teaching. Father, I pray that all who believe in me can be one. You are in me and I am in you. I pray that they can also be one in usThen the world will believe that you sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me. I gave them this glory so that they can be one, just as you and I are one. I will be in them, and you will be in me. So they will be completely oneThen the world will know that you sent me and that you loved them just as you loved me” (John 17:20-23). “Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples” (John 13:35).

Remember also that although as Christians we are called to be subject to authority (Romans 13:1), we are above all, also called to obey God rather than man (Acts 5:29), and when these men are violating our God given freedoms and rights, we are supposed to stand against them, united as ONE, for greater is He who is in us than him who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Now, if you are not a Christian, I invite you to make the most important decision of your life to have eternal life, and pray with me this Prayer: “Dear Lord Jesus, I open my heart, and invite you inside to be my friend, to be my God, to be my savior. Forgive me of my sins, wash me clean. From this day forward, I want to follow you all the days of my life. I believe and put my faith and trust in you. Thank you for dying on the cross for me. In Jesus’ name I pray, AMEN.”

If you prayed this prayer, as Romans 10:9 assures us, you will be saved. To be a Christian is not about attending a specific church but about having a personal relationship with a living God, who loves and cares for you with all His heart. So, if you were raised as a Catholic, go to a Catholic church, if raised as a Protestant, go to a Protestant church, etc. If you live in the Miami area, I recommend Calvary Church or any other church that teaches the word of God. Also, as important as attending a local church is, it is of equal importance that you get the necessary spiritual food for growth and for that I recommend reading and meditating on the Bible, our spiritual bread, at least three times a day.   Here is also a guide to help you find a church in your area: Church Guide.  God bless you and your families. Shalom.
